Sep 30 Ground Beef "Totchos"

You Will Need:

2 bags of frozen tator tots

1/2 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)

i package of taco seasoning

3 tablespoons of milk

I package of Mexican cheese blend

lettuce - if desired

sour cream - if desired

How to Make It:

Heat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with tin foil. Place tator tots on cookie sheet and bake as directed.

While the tots are cooking, cook beef in a medium saucepan until no longer pink. Drain and return to pan. Add milk and taco seasoning to the meat. Cook for about two minutes or until hot.

Sprinkle tots with the beef mixture and cheese. Bake 3-5 minutes longer so the cheese can melt. Top with lettuce or sour cream if desired.
