You Will Need:
2 tbsp flour
1 lb of 90% lean ground beef
1 small bag of broccoli florets
1 small bag of egg noodles
1 3/4 cups of low-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup of plain bred crumbs
1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make It:
Add beef to Rockcrok® Everyday Pan.* Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 7-9 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink, breaking the meat up into pieces halfway through with the Mix ‘N Chop.
When the beef is done, add the flour, broccoli florets, noodles**, and broth. Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked.
Add the sour cream to the pan and stir to combine. Let stand for 3-5 minutes to let it thicken, and then top with the bread crumbs.
The original recipe called for green beans, but my daughter does not like them, so I substituted with broccoli.
*You can also cook the meat in a bigger saucepan and move to a pot.
**I usually put a couple of handfuls of noodles in. You can put as much or as little as your family would like.
