Meal Plan 12-1-19

Hello everyone! Below is my meal plan starting on 11-9 and ending 11-16. I have listed our main meals for dinners, and then snacks and meals they can make themselves when I am not home or do not wish to cook. I also broke down the cost and the totals from each store. I hope this helps!




Lunches:

Ham or Turkey Sandwich

Choice of fruit: bananas, apples slices, grapes, strawberries

Yogurt

Choice of snack: Ritz crackers, cheezits, cookies, or graham crackers

Water Bottle


Dinners:

Sunday: Sandwiches and chips

Monday: 5-Ingredient Instant Pot Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice

Tuesday: Chicken Patty Sandwiches and mashed potatoes

Wednesday: FYOF (choice of pizzas, pizza rolls, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, Chef Boyardee, or sandwiches)

Thursday: Chili Mac with corn

Friday: Pizzas

Saturday: Chili Totchos


****For the dinners, we have started a routine where they have to pick a fruit or vegetable as a side. We have broccoli, corn, and carrots for vegetables and apple slices, grapes, strawberries, and bananas for fruit.

Turkey lunch meat - $6.48
