May 4 Chicken and Broccoli Tetrazzini

You Will Need:

3/4 lb spaghetti, broken in half

1 carton of chicken broth

2 containers of cream cheese spread

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1-1.5 lb of chicken tenderloins/chicken breast

1 package of frozen broccoli florets


How to Make:

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. spread spaghetti evenly in the dish; set aside.

In a medium skillet, cook chicken broth, cream cheese spread, salt, and pepper over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally, until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and stir in the florets.

Pour chicken mixture over the spaghetti in the baking dish (the dish will be full). Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes until spaghetti is tender. Make sure to stir the mixture halfway through the baking time.
