You Will Need:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans of refrigerated crescent dough
4 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese ( 1 lb bag)
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
How to Make:
Heat over to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix the butter and garlic powder. Brush the cookie sheet with half of the mixture. Unroll and press out 1 can of the crescent dough over the mixture on the cookie sheet.
Sprinkle dough sheet with the cheese and the pepperoni.
Gently stretch the other crescent dough over the top of the cheese and pepperoni. This will create a large sandwich. Brush the top with the remaining butter mixture.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into triangles and serve.
