Jan 7 Taco-Stuffed Pasta Shells

You Will Need:
16 jumbo sized shells
1 lb of ground beef (at least 80% lean)
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of Mexican Cheese Blend (8 oz)
Sour cream (if desired)
How To Make It:
Heat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles as directed on box; drain and return to pot.
While the noodles are cooking, cook the beef in a medium sized pan until no longer pink; drain and return to pan. Add the taco seasoning and cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Put shells face up in a large casserole dish or sheet pan. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture into each shell. Top shells with remaining cheese.
Bake shells for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
