Jan 7 Slow-Cooker Meatloaf Italian Style

You Will Need:
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
3/4 cups Italian style bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 cup marinara sauce
How To Make It:
Line the bottom of the slow-cooker and side with foil; spray lightly with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients EXCEPT the marina sauce until well mixed. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in slow-cooker.
Cover loaf; cook on low setting for 5-6 hours or until the center reads 160°F.
Uncover; pour 1 cup of marinara sauce over the top of the loaf. Cover and cook on low setting for another 15 minutes at least just so the sauce can heat through.
Take out the loaf by using the sides of the foil. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
