Jan 7 One-Pot Creamy Beef Stroganoff

You Will Need:

1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

1 package of uncooked medium egg noodles

1 container sour cream


How To Make It:

In a medium sized saucepan, cook beef until no longer pink: drain and return to pan.

Add evaporated milk, 2 cups of hot water, and half the package of noodles. The noodles will not be completely covered initially, so don’t worry. Heat mixture to boiling and then reduce heat. Simmer mixture for about 7-8 minutes, until the noodles are tender.

Remove from heat, but do not drain. Stir in sour cream.
