This is one of the more quicker meals, as I can have it on the table in about 20 minutes flat. No muss, no fuss.
You Will Need:
1 pound ground beef ( 95% lean )
1 jar of traditional pasta sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 small box of elbow macaroni
1 bag of shredded cheese
sour cream ( if you want it )
How To Make It:
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet on medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Return meat to skillet and stir in sauce and chili powder. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes.
In a medium pot, cook macaroni as instructed.
Stir in cooked macaroni to meat mixture. Top with cheese and sour cream if desired.
