You Will Need:
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 package of cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 tbs buffalo wing sauce
3 tbs melted butter
1 can of home-style buttermilk biscuits
How to Make It:
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
Mix the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 4 tablespoons of the wing sauce, and 2 tablespoons of the butter in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Separate the dough into 8 biscuits and then cut each biscuit into 3 strips. Press each one down into a decent sized rectangle. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture on one half of the rectangle. Fold over the strip (but make sure to not seal) and then place in the dish in 6 by 4 rows.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until the dough is baked through. In a small bowl, mix the remaining butter and buffalo wing sauce and then brush on the tops of the sliders.
