You Will Need:
6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 medium onion or 1 tablespoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It:
Spray 3 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, and ham. Add to the slow cooker.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, cheese, and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture.
Cover and cook on high heat for 3 to 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender. Stir potatoes before serving.
