You Will Need:
4 bone-in pork loin chops (2 lb)
1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1 can (18 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp cornstarch
How to Make it:
Spray 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with the ranch dressing mix. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker. Pour the soup over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on the low setting for 5-6 hours, or until the pork chops are fork-tender. Remove the pork chops from the cooker, and place on a plate. Cover them to keep them warm.
In a small mixing bowl, stir the cornstarch and two tablespoons of water until it is well blended. Stir into mushroom sauce in the slow cooker. Cook on low setting for 3-5 minutes, or until it is thickened. Serve this sauce over the pork chops.
